KEPCO is committed to implementing the Integrity Pact to ensure transparent business operations, fairness and fidelity. Any party who wishes to bid for international tenders or private contracts shall accept the terms and conditions of the Integrity Pact and submit the relevant documents.
Scope of Application
Any international tenders or contracts of construction, goods, items or services ordered by KEPCO
Summary of Contractual Integrity

Prohibition of any unjust behaviors including bid price control or bid rigging that may unreasonably impede a free competition

Prohibition of directly or indirectly providing any unlawful gratuity or gifts for relevant employees

Restricting qualification for tenders of any party that breaches the Integrity Pact

Commitment to developing a new code of conduct that protects whistleblowers

Prohibition of receiving requests or soliciting that may adversely affect fairness and fidelity

Reporting any wrongful or corrupted behaviors related to a contract to KEPCO Anti Corruption Center
