Transparent Recruitment – Full Disclosure from A to Z

To make the recruitment process more transparent, KEPCO discloses key details at each hiring stage, including document screening cut-off scores. Additionally, online and offline briefing sessions are held to improve job seekers’ understanding of the hiring process.

STEP 1

Document Screening

  • Disclosure of individual scores and cut-off scores by sector

  • Disclosure of application status (competition rate) by recruitment unit during the application period

STEP 2

Written Test

  • Disclosure of total scores of each and all applicant and sector-specific scores

  • Disclosure of cut-off scores and minimum passing scores for recruiting sectors

STEP 3

Interview

  • Provision of individual scores by evaluation category and strength/weakness analysis reports

  • Provision of results from strength/weakness analysis to more applicants (from university graduate recruitment to research positions, data administrators, etc.)

Corporate Culture

KEPCO established KEPCO CODE, a labor-management initiative aimed at creating a corporate culture of cooperation which is flexible and where the stakeholders respect each other; implemented Junior Board to enhance inter-generational communication; and implemented Organizational Culture Fusion Workshop.
In addition, we create a family-friendly corporate culture by offering parental leave, family care leave, and a smart work system.
